Easiest option: delete your account in the app

The easiest way to delete your account is to sign in and access the “Delete Account” option under “My Account” from the main progress home page.

My Account → Delete Account

The in-app deletion process automatically deletes your My Avian Archive™ account, saved checklist/found-bird progress, and associated account data.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot access the app or cannot sign in, you can request account deletion by emailing the My Avian Archive™ support team at support@myavianarchive.com.

What to include in your email

The email address used to create your My Avian Archive™ account
A message clearly stating that you want your My Avian Archive™ account and associated data deleted

Please do not send passwords, reset links, or sensitive information.

For the current version of My Avian Archive™, account deletion covers your account/login identity and your saved checklist/found-bird progress.
